BUT ME NO BUTTIGIEG’S

It didn’t take a weatherman to know which way the wind was blowing in 2016. Americans wanted change. BIG change.

The Democratic party offered them Hillary Clinton: Mayor Richard J. Daley in a dress.

Plumping for the girls from Mount Holyoke

Hillary championed the LGBT community, and for the rights of the girls from Mount Holyoke, chafing under a “glass ceiling’” despite receiving 40-plus years of mostly unearned benefit cadged from affirmative action meant to redress real discrimination faced by ethnic and racial minorities.

As if the daughter of a suburban physician faced unfair societal roadblocks that the son of a coal miner did not.

Blue Collar Workers didn’t buy it

That didn’t work out too good. Blue collar workers (remember them?) revolted. The Rust Belt wasn’t having it.

Now, once again, establishment Democrats are tossing out bromides like the one I just read in the Washington Post: “Most Americans, myself included, like their “progress” in manageable doses, not by way of “revolutionary change.”

Really? Where were you when this nation somehow found $6 trillion dollars to fight a war on terror against a country (Iraq) that hadn’t produced any?

And just who are you to tell us funding some version of Medicare-for-all, which every wealthy industrialized nation already has, “wouldn’t be prudent?”

Coming soon: A nightmare scenario.

If Democrats don’t offer real change to a middle class that’s been ripped off six ways from Sunday, they will lose again.

And in the process they will further entrench a racist demagogue who represents an existential threat to the Republic and the ideals of democracy it represents.

But me no Buttigiegs.

Real change is STILL coming. And if it isn’t progressive, it will be something far worse.

  1. It ought to be made completely clear here, that four months AFTER the April 1998 GFA referendum, the Omagh atrocity DID free-up Britain’s military for Neo-Con use, by defeating the IRA.

  2. In case you are interested, the same FBI Agent who framed me for the murder of a family in suburban Chicago that I’d never even heard of, later flew from Ireland to the Atlanta Olympics bombing murder site where he did the same as he had done in Chicago. In Chicago that FBI Agent had kept murderer David Biro at large for six months by getting the news media to blame the atrocity on an innocent person; in Atlanta he and his FBI colleagues kept bomber Eric Rudolph at large by getting the news media to blame Security Guard ______ for it. Clint Eastwood’s recently released film “Richard Jewell” posthumously vindicates Jewell. It was a magnificent thing for Eastwood to do. That FBI Agent was part of a team in Ireland with MI5. They infiltrated the IRA to the extent of participating in a rehearsal of a car bomb delivery. After five bloodless bombings of shopfronts at the cost of $millions to Britain’s exchequer, their sixth one, the first one in which MI5 and the FBI were involved, resulted in the deaths of 29. That atrocity seems to have been mission accomplished, as MI5 demobilized that operation that evening. I possess copies of two series of FBI crimes in Chicago. This pattern of FBI crimes (having failed in Chicago) were successful in Ireland. I also possess similar federal documentation proving that DoJ involvement in keeping at large the Chicago mass murderer (whole murder weapon belonged to another FBI Agent), by ordering the investigators to make those murders, falsely, a matter of international terrorism, soon before I was framed for them
George Mitchell led the MI5/FBI’s Good Friday Agreement (GFA) that had been credited with variously, “ending the violence,” and “reducing the violence.” It has done neither; the GFA has not ended the violence as the most recent conflict-related murder in Occupied Ireland was on 5Jan2020. As to “reducing the violence,” the GFA was twenty-three years too late to make the claim that it had reduced the homicide rate. The homicides peak was 472 (in 1972) and was already reduced by 95.3% prior to the April 1998 GFA referendum. What DID free-up Britain’s military to allow the start of the “War on Terror” (AKA “Full-Spectrum Dominance”) was the defeat of the IRA – the mass murder in Omagh of 29 (which also happened to result in the FBI’s demobilization from Ireland later that day. Please contact me for the documentation including names, dates, specific crimes of this series of pre-Omagh, pre-Atlanta crimes by the FBI and DoJ.

  3. Absolutely right!!
Your point that the $6 Trillion was”found” is way too kind. No, that was stolen from our children’s future in the form of soul-crushing debt. A useless expenditure of blood, life and money: our sovereign wealth of our country. And the debt will be used as leverage to pry more monies from the impoverished classes. Intrinsically the young sense or know this. Hence their search for optimistic, realistic change wherever it can be found.
Meanwhile the charade of Managed Democracy plows on.
