german review in electronic magazine  "Schattenblick:"

A very special honour place in the number of those, who placed themselves against the whole hysterical propaganda of the "global anti-terror war"  and tried with large personal commitment  to find out the truth about the  scruplesless murder of approximately 3000 civilians, is entitled to the US journalist Daniel Hopsicker. With the spectacular exposure in his book "Welcome to Terrorland - Mohammed Atta and the 9-1coverup in Florida"  he submits the result of its nearly two and half-year research in Florida on  the flight training of the so-called "Kamikaze pilots".

9/11 Flight School Cover-Up

By Len Bracken

As the result of a two-year investigation, an intrepid journalist has disclosed evidence of a cover-up concerning the flight schools in Florida that trained three of the four terrorists who piloted the hijacked planes. Daniel Hopsicker saw Venice, Fla., as the biggest unexploded crime scene in the September 11, 2001 attacks and arrived there two months later. He deserves to be recognized for the fearlessness with which he pursued leads down dark alleys peopled with intelligence and drug-running gangsters and for his tenacity in tracking down witnesses, such as Mohamed Atta’s girlfriend. Hopsicker’s discoveries, if accurate, should focus the 9/11 Commission’s investigation on the CIA and its use of flight schools in Florida for training Arabs as kamikazes.

His self-produced book and video, which, inevitably, would benefit from more editorial and directorial oversight, don’t outline a perfect case so much as reshape his Internet essays with the colorings of hard-hitting journalism, which he exaggerates at times with self-mocking and sometimes distracting humor that seems inappropriate given the gravity of his charges that emerge with numerous suspicious facts he presents. First, Hopsicker discloses evidence that shatters the FBI’s timeline of Mohamed Atta’s movements. Second, Hopsicker demonstrates that Atta’s relationship with flight school executive Rudi Dekkers was not what he testified it was under oath. Third, Hopsicker provides testimony of FBI witness intimidation. Furthermore, by personally going the extra mile with bold interviews, aviation industry research, and following up on local reporting, Hopsicker simultaneously shows, in a fairly convincing way, that the CIA “was actually running the operation” that brought Arab pilot trainees into Florida and that the national media, he notes with sarcasm, have been willfully ignorant of these scandalous facts. Hopsicker surely needed his sense of humor to sustain himself as he wandered through this dark maze of Florida flight schools and aviation companies.

While Mohamed Atta and Marwan Al-Shehhi trained at Huffman Aviation, which was owned by the notorious Rudi Dekkers, terrorist pilot Said Al-Jarrah was at Venice’s other flight school, Florida Flight Training Center, which was owned by Arne Kruithof. Eight members of the 9/11 terrorist cadre trained at these two flight schools, as did Zacharias Moussaoui. In what Hopsicker facetiously calls the Magic Dutch Boy Theory, two Netherlands citizens, months apart, purchased flight schools at the same airport and then Arab pilots began to arrive in Venice in unprecedented numbers. An eyewitness said both flight school owners knew one another prior to Venice, although Dekkers denies this, and both worked with a German named Pascal Schreier who recruited trainees for the flight school.

“Rudi Dekkers said Atta and his sidekick just showed up at his facility one day,” Hopsicker writes. “He had, instead, been actively marketing his flight school,” according to reports in local papers, “in Germany at the exact time Mohamed Atta and his terrorist cell left Hamburg and moved to Florida.”

Dekkers asserted that Atta left Venice around Christmas 2000, and the shifty Dutchman said in sworn congressional testimony that he never saw Atta again. But in his video, Mohamed Atta’s Venice Flying Circus, and now in his book, Welcome to Terrorland: Mohamed Atta and the 9-11 Cover-Up in Florida, Hopsicker reveals that eyewitnesses who spoke with him and with local reporters said Atta lived in nearby North Port from January 2001 until early March. And Atta lived with Amanda Keller in the Sandpiper Apartments in March and April of 2001, four months after the FBI said he left Venice. Several witnesses saw Atta with Dekkers in Venice two weeks before the attacks and another said Atta bought a sandwich from her in Venice one week before 9/11.

In the FBI biography of Atta, no mention is made of Venice, Fla., but the FBI knows from its debriefing of Venice Yellow Cab driver Bob Simpson that Atta and Dekkers shared cab rides in August 2001. “They knew each other well, really well,” Simpson told Hopsicker. “They were going to a nightclub in Sarasota, talking and very sociable with each other.” According to Hopsicker, the FBI lied to protect Dekkers, and the Dutch flight school owner lied to Congress regarding his relationship with Atta. The 9/11 Commission has conspicuously ignored the issue of flight schools in Venice.

The facts Hopsicker compiles against the shady flight school owner stagger the imagination. While running another flight school in nearby Naples, Fla., Dekkers crashed airplanes, violated air space, chartered airplanes without a license, and was reported to the FAA for several other violations. He reportedly had tax problems and was the subject of an arrest warrant for smuggling computer chips. Naples aviation executive John Vellada said that DEA and U.S. Customs had investigated him, adding, “Everything he ever did, from A to Z, was illegal.” Although he was “thrown out of Naples as a con artist,” according to a local aviation observer Rob Tillman, Dekkers was able to buy Huffman Aviation, which was Venice Airport’s fixed base operator or FBO, a position which carries with it civic responsibilities.

In short order, as was reported in the Venice Gondolier, Dekkers was repeatedly threatened by the city of Venice with eviction for not paying rent. The money he was making from training Atta and other terrorists apparently went into the improbable scheme of launching a statewide airline with slim prospects, a venture that won high praise from passengers Governor Jeb Bush and State Secretary Katherine Harris. Dekkers was, according to Hopsicker, a CIA asset and therefore somehow able to pay up his rent one month before the 9/11 attacks. While the rest of the industry suffered and were behind on payments, he never missed after that.

Hopsicker quotes local investigator Bill Warner as saying, “There are enough judgments in his name and his companies name to paper his office walls,” yet he was somehow able to pay off a series of lawsuits after the 9/11 attacks. According to Florida State’s Attorney Jonathan Greene, Dekkers was wanted in the Netherlands where he reportedly owed the government $3 million. He was also the target of a multiagency federal investigation in the mid-90s, yet not even an eyebrow of suspicion was raised when he spoke on CNN or Larry King Live, or when he testified to Congress on how to prevent more attacks. Moreover, Dekkers repeatedly changed his story to the press regarding his relationship with Atta and Al-Shehhi, although none of these accounts match those of Hopsicker’s eyewitnesses.

Hopsicker’s sobering accounts of the FBI intimidating witnesses, such as the bar manager who first said Atta drank Stolichnaya like a Russian and then retracted his story and amended it to cranberry juice, are too numerous to recount here. The case of his star witness, Amanda Keller, deserves brief mention that will not do justice to the amazing testimony in the book. She is the one Hopsicker tracked down after numerous calls to the police and child protective services workers, and she draws an intimate portrait of Mohamed Atta in Welcome to TerrorLand as a coke-snorting foot fetishist. Keller, like other Sandpiper Apartment residents, was bullied by the FBI into not talking about what she knows.

A reporter from the Sarasota Herald-Tribune’s Venice bureau, Earle Kimel, helped break the story about Atta’s American girlfriend. But the paper, which is owned by the New York Times, pulled Kimel off the case and ran a story in which Keller allowed herself to appear to have been mistaken “because of the intimidation by the FBI.” So now it was another Mohamed she had been living with for two months. When a New York Times reporter attempted to interview Keller, she put him on the line with the FBI. “I don’t know what was said,” Keller told Hopsicker, “but after that he left me alone.” The constant FBI surveillance and phone calls continued when she moved away from Venice, to the point where she was ordered by a G-man not to burn leaves because it could be evidence.

Hopsicker’s previous book-length work, Barry and the Boys, which is about Barry Seal and clandestine flights to and from Mena, Ark., gave him experience examining the aviation industry public record, and it shows. The journalist traces the ownership of flight schools, airlines and planes from Washington State, to Las Vegas, to an extremely wealthy man named Wally Hilliard. Hopsicker is being sued for Barry and the Boys so it’s no surprise that when commenting on TerrorLand and the stories on Hopsicker’s Mad Cow Morning News website, Hilliard brought up the question of libel. He told his hometown paper in Wisconsin, the Green Bay Press-Gazette, he had spoken with friends in the FBI and they said a suit was not worth the trouble because laws protect the writer.

The paper quotes him as saying he lives as morally as he can, “trying not to do anything immoral, illegal or fattening,” whereas Hopsicker sees him as the person who funded the operation that brought many bin Laden operatives to a flight school only nominally owned by Dekkers. Hilliard told his hometown paper he received thirty cents for every dollar he invested in Huffman Aviation; Hopsicker contends that part of the point about Hilliard is that so many of his operations made no business sense. To mention another example, after losing possession of a Lear Jet due to a 43-pound heroin bust, Hilliard was loaned a Beechcraft King Air 200 for a dollar by Truman Arnold, but the transaction wasn’t recorded until a year later, in January 2002.

The best link that Hopsicker can make to the CIA came via a tip from a local reporter at the Lynchburg News & Advance. Business reporter Chris Flores alerted the author to a dispute in the Virginia town regarding Britannia Aviation. Hilliard had invested heavily in Huffman Aviation and it was there that Britannia worked under Huffman’s FAA license. In another deal that did not make business sense, Lynchburg gave a contract to Britannia even though it did not have the proper FAA license and was undercapitalized. At a town hall meeting, the Britannia representative let on that the company had done aviation maintenance for Caribe Air while at Venice Airport, not realizing that it would quickly be recognized as a CIA proprietary airline by local reporters.

In his December 29, 2003 interview on PowerHour, Hopsicker is quite explicit: “I discovered that we were dealing with flight school owners who are CIA assets. … Mohamed Atta was in this country as a result of a program being run through the Central Intelligence Agency.” He is so confident of his evidence that he wants his day in court. “Sue me,” Hopsicker said on radio, “if this is incorrect information.” On the same broadcast, the journalist told listeners what he thought were the broad strategic considerations: “Somebody in the U.S. government was trading with Osama bin Laden and the deal, almost, very likely, was oil and heroin for guns and training. Either the CIA was secretly trading with Osama bin Laden or people who were able to manipulate the CIA were trading with Osama bin Laden. And his people, the representatives of his drug-trafficking Islamic organization, turned around and double-crossed us.”

It will come as little surprise to readers of My Times: A Memoir of Dissent by veteran newspaperman John Hess that major dailies such as the New York Times play by national security rules. Hopsicker writes it was just a strange coincidence that of the over 220 flight schools in Florida, the Times ran an article about only two particular ones for its two-year anniversary story on 9/11. One was Arne Kruithof’s Florida Flight Training Center and the other, Pelican Flight Training Center, is where Pascal Shchreirer’s wife works. These well-connected schools may still cater to the same Europeans - the Germans, Swiss and others - who were close to Atta, the drug-smuggling pilots or sinister people like them.

The investigation by independent journalist Daniel Hopsicker takes on increased significance given at least three considerations: 1) the FBI’s investigation of 9/11, according to a regional FBI office, was directed from the White House; 2) the investigation was impeded by the shift of resources to the subsequent anthrax attacks; and 3) the records from the Venice police station and from Huffman Aviation were deemed so sensitive that the president’s brother, Governor Jeb Bush, personally escorted them to Washington immediately after the attacks. The 9/11 Commission must investigate Hopsicker’s accusations of covert CIA activity with the hijackers and the cover-up of the facts by the FBI using witness intimidation and other underhanded tactics. Each commissioner should at least watch Mohamed Atta and the Venice Flying Circus to sample the journalist’s bemused indignation at the spies from the famous clown school as if, even for someone who has seen corruption, the goings on in Florida were extraordinarily shameful because of their terrible consequences.

Daniel Hopsicker is one of those reporters of the good old kind that John Pilger -- one of the best-regarded journalists in the world -- says he is missing more and more: 'Their journalistic experience has taught them to take their time and listen to people; they willingly accept danger and inconvenience to follow leads and collect facts.  They look sceptically at the powerful.  They are what all reporters really should be, namely real investigative journalists. The mass murder of 11th September is totally unsolved until this day. Who exactly were the alleged 19 hijackers? The FBI doesn't know.  Had they helpers? The U.S. government has stopped the police investigation after a few months, destroyed evidence, carted off documents and locked them away.  When state attorneys and police are not allowed to investigate, then reporters have to do it. Hopsicker is a U.S. citizen, formerly a television journalist and today a free-lance reporter. One who is persevering in his research, rings doorbells unannounced, takes a good look around on the scene, talks to neighbours and caretakers.  For two years, Hopsicker investigated the trail of Mohammed Atta in Venice, Florida.  Until shortly before the attack, Atta lived in this pensioner's paradise, of all places, and longer than officially admitted. Here, there is a small, discreet airport.  Here, strange things happen. The police have to look away time and again on instructions from above. Hopsicker meets worried witnesses, discovers Atta's American ex-girl friend who lives in hiding.  She is a sometime stripper with a pink hair-rinse; she tells of sex, drugs and jealousy.  Hopsicker runs into Atta's helpers in the U.S. -- but those "brothers", as Atta calls them, are no bearded turban-wearers, but smart business types, among them Germans, too.  Atta the 'terror pilot' did not come out of an Afghan cave. He was promoted/protected* by the West: "Welcome to Terrorland".

In Response To: Case Closed: The Real Villain Behind 9/11 (JoeVialls)

Like many of my generation I have been a student of the JFK
Assasination conspiracy; I am also a great reader of history.
So much misinformation was finally spewed out that the party line
has gone from "Oswald did it" to "We'll *never* know the truth!"

For the serious student of the subject (and for the benefit of
those who want to know which are honest and reliable researchers)
Recommended: Mark Lane, Richard Grodin, Dick Thomas, Walt Brown.

The 911 ambush is fresh and we can take benefit from experience;
Joe Viall's post impressed me as containing a great deal of truth

For that reason I became animated and thought to add some ideas,
since Joe has really, in my opinion, got quite a lot of it right.

The speculations about George Tenets mentations re the 911 attack
reminded me of evidence found in articles by Daniel Hopsicker.

Based on the contents of his published website,
he is an honest and energetic and resourceful investigator
and he is also an effective and interesting writer.

The following notes are a train of thought in response
to "Case Closed The Real Villain Behind 9/11
regarding the theme
of CIA involvement in the attack on the Trade Center and Pentagon

Flight School Owner Has Shady Ties

EXCLUSIVE--Venice, Fl. Authorities are probing
the European business associations of a Venice flight school
owner, whose school at the Venice airport
trained the nucleus of foreign national terrorist pilots,
looking for possible links to international organized crime
groups, reported by the San Francisco Chronicle on Sunday
to be laundering large sums of drug money
for major terrorist organizations. Organized crime
said to launder billions for terrorists.

Three of the airliners involved in the September 11th terrorist
attack—two in Manhattan, and one wrested to the ground
over Pennsylvania—were piloted by terrorists
who had trained at two flight schools
at the Venice, Florida airport.

ITEM: When houses were raided in South Florida,
two men caught said they were Saudi pilots
on a 15-month pilot's course at Dekkers’ Huffman Aviation.

ITEM: The FBI was swarming Huffman Aviation by 2 a.m.,
just 18 hours following the attack.
They removed student files from two schools
at the Venice airport:
Huffman Aviation and the Florida Flight Training Center
just down the street.

"The FBI Knew Terrorists Were Using Flight Schools,"
reported the Washington Post a week later.

They said Federal authorities have been aware for years
that suspected terrorists with ties to Osama bin Laden
were receiving flight training at schools in the United States.

ITEM: Whatever the big secret is,
they know about it at the FBI, even if mum’s the word.

ITEM: Dekkers and Kruithof are both Dutch nationals.
They bought their supposedly competing flights schools
within months of each other two years ago.

The New York Times neglects to mention it.

The birth of the ‘Lone (Nut) Cadre theory.

Dekkers’ and Kruithof’s importance grew this week
when the Washington Post proposed the ‘Lone (Nut) Cadre’ theory,
which is now, they report, the operative assumption
in the FBI’s investigation.

"The 19 hijackers who carried out the worst act of terror
ever to occur on U.S. soil worked with little outside help
as a single, integrated group," said the Post
in a Sunday report on the state of the investigation.

"Little outside help."

"As more of the conspiracy becomes understood,
government sources now say that the investigation so far
suggests the 19 had "no major help" in the United States,"
wrote Post reporter Amy Goldstein.

"No major help."

"The FBI investigation into the plot is preliminary,
and the conspiracy's precise nature
probably will not be understood for years."

If the conspiracy’s precise nature
won’t be understood for years,
how can they rule out domestic involvement?

A Federal Agency with a preference for lone (nut) gunmen
floats a Lone (Nut) Cadre trial balloon.

Think 19 Lee Harvey Oswald’s.

Think squads of ‘lone gunmen.’

Atta’s cadre was a Lone Cadre. Doing Lone Cadre-like things.
Acting, Always, Alone...at least while in this country.
No one else involved. No Higher Ups.

Tony Blair’s global network explanation now obsolete.
Replaced by Lone (Nut) Cadre theory.

Think FBI. Think Whitewater. Watergate. Kennedy.

Think ‘cover up.

Did Terrorist Pilots Train at U.S. Military Schools?

"The only real news you get after something big
is in the first couple of days."

In addition to having been inducted into the U.S. flight
training program by two Dutch-owned flight schools in Venice,
Florida, as many as six of the terrorists, including ringleader
Mohammed Atta, also received training at U.S. military facilities
according to a flurry of stories between Sept 15 and 17
in the Washington Post, Newsweek, and Knight Ridder newspapers.

The story had an extremely short life.

Newsweek reported that "U.S. military sources have given the FBI
information that suggests five of the alleged hijackers
of the planes used in Tuesday's terror attacks
received training at secure U.S. military installations
in the 1990s."

Knight Ridder’s news account was more specific.
It said Mohamed Atta had attended International Officers School
at Maxwell Air Force Base in Montgomery, Ala.
In addition, Abdulaziz Alomari
had attended Aerospace Medical School at Brooks Air Force base
in Texas, they reported, and Saeed Alghamdi had been to
the Defense Language Institute in Monterrey, California.

If true, these reports would have dealt a blow
to the consensus portrait then emerging
of the terrorist cadre as puritanical Islamic fundamentalists.

Indeed, if foreign nationals
who would eventually become terrorist pilots
were training at the Pensacola Naval Air Station,
or going through the U.S. Air Forces’ International Officer’s
School at Maxwell Air Force Base, they would most likely
have had connections to Arab governments
considered friendly to the United States.

Official denial was swift, but strangely worded.
The italics are ours:

"Officials stressed that the name matches may not necessarily
mean the students were the hijackers because of discrepancies
in ages in other personal data."

"Some of the FBI suspects had names similar to those used
by foreign alumni of U.S. military courses,"
said the Air Force in a statement.

"However, discrepancies in their biographical data,
such as birth dates 20 years off,
indicate we are probably not talking about the same people."

"Probably not talking about the same people"
does not quite strike the right note of decisive certitude
that we would expect when discussing the identities
of the people who have just been responsible
for the deaths of 6000 more-or-less vaporized Americans.

But Air Force spokesmen are apparently more persuasive in person
than when reading a press release over the telephone,
because Newsweek, the Washington Post and Knight Ridder
all dropped the story.

Nothing has been reported about this since. Nada. Niente.

Could a cover-up be underway? Could the original information
that "leaked out" in early press reports have been true...
and then suppressed in America's free press?

Or is this just six separate-but-innocent cases
of mistaken identity?

Did (terrorist pilot) Mohamed Atta attend International Officers
School at Maxwell Air Force Base in Montgomery, Ala?

Did (terrorist) Abdulaziz Alomari study
at Aerospace Medical School at Brooks Air Force base in Texas?

Was (terrorist) Saeed Alghamdi at the Defense Language Institute in Monterrey, California?

It seemed easy enough to find out.
Deploy MadCow Team Coverage. Find out.

Here's the answer: "Nobody knows."

News reports Sept. 16 had asserted,

"Officials would not release ages, country of origin
or any other specific details of the three individuals."

The Two Venice Dutch Boys

There are over 200 flight schools in Florida.
Every terrorist pilot chose one of the two in Venice, Florida.
The two Venice flight schools
were the terrorist’s American beachhead.

Rudi Dekkers’ Huffman Aviation was the terrorist’s Omaha Beach.

What made these two schools so popular with the terrorist cadre?

Some flight schools may be slightly more equal than others,
as it happens...

"Some schools are authorized
by the Immigration and Naturalization Service
to issue highly coveted I-20M immigration forms
that help foreign students acquire visas
to enter the United States as vocational students,"
read one early report about the Florida flight schools.

Guess who
had one of those "highly-coveted" "vocational status" visas?
Mohammed Atta, the alleged mastermind
of the most vicious terrorist attack
in the history of the world...

Guess who gave it to him?
Rudi Dekkers’ flight school, Huffman Aviation.

Under the glare of TV lights on the apron of the Venice airport
the day after the tragedy, Dekkers had denied any responsibility
for the terrorists student visas, saying "foreign students
must apply through Immigration and Naturalization Services,
which he believes performs background checks.

"We send them the paperwork and they go to their embassies,"
said Dekkers. But Richard Nyren, a British classmate
of the terrorist pilots in Venice, had told reporters
at the same time that it's not all that easy
to get a student visa, even with the help of the school.

How did Mohamed Atta happen to get so ‘lucky’
in the mangrove swamps of Southwest Florida?

He got his "highly-coveted" I-20M immigration
because "some" schools are authorized
by the Immigration and Naturalization Service to issue them.

Not "all" schools.
"Some" schools. Schools like Rudi Dekkers’ Huffman Aviation.

The question is: what made Dekker’s school so special?

In a wire service report three days after the WTC disaster,
Dekkers was quoted saying, "I can tell you
that there's definitely some flaws in the system."
It has been one of his few completely truthful statements.

FACT: Some of the terrorists had enough ‘juice,’ enough access,
to have gained admittance to training at secure U.S. military
facilities. That argues official government complicity
—leaving aside exactly which government for the moment—
at a level the current FBI investigation has not even hinted at.

So far, the investigation conducted around the world
since Sept. 11 has resulted in a finger being pointed
directly at an obscure outfit most people had never even heard of
and their Taliban backers. Did Al Qaeda and the Taliban
bring down the World Trade Center towers all by themselves?

Or should the FBI’s investigators be looking at other,
larger groups and even nations?

When the FBI was actively looking for "international networks"
which assisted and harbored the terrorists,
were any suspects overlooked? Were any protected from scrutiny?

Were Rudi Dekker and Arne Kruithof acting as "cut-outs"
for a U.S. intelligence operation
at the Venice, Florida airport?
Were they ‘funneling’ Arab pilots into further pilot training?

If the past 40 years of American history serves as any guide,
we will very likely never know.

'the Magic Dutch Boy theory.'

It goes like this:

Both of the pilots who guided planes into the twin towers
of the World Trade Center had trained at Rudi Dekkers’
Huffman Aviation when they first got to America.
Dekkers, a Dutch national, had only recently purchased
the flight school
located at the small out of the way Venice Florida Airport.

The terrorist duo practicing touch and go’s
in the humid September air on Florida’s Gulf coast
were soon joined by a third student terrorist pilot,
the one on UAL Flight 93.

He signed up at the Florida Flight Training Center
almost next door to Dekkers’ Huffman Aviation,
making it a terrorist trifecta
out at the unsuspecting Venice Airport.

Just like Dekkers’ Huffman Aviation,
this second flight school had also just changed owners.
And the new owner of this flight school too
turns out to be a Dutch national.
His name is Arne Kruithof, from Rotterdam in the Netherlands.

The magic Dutch boy theory says
that the appearance of these two foreign nationals,
both Dutch, purchasing flight schools at the same time
at the same airport is merely a 'magical' coincidence...

Because if the appearance of a second Dutch national
purchasing a flight school right as the terrorist cadre show up
isn't just the a strange coincidence
belonging on Ripley’s Believe it Or Not...
then they're hiding what looks unmistakably
like a covert intelligence operation down in Venice Florida.

It being Florida, that means the CIA,
reputed to be active in the state.

"Two Dutch boys buying adjacent flight schools
which shortly thereafter get 'overrun’ by terrorists
is one damn Dutch boy too many,"
stated our law enforcement source. "Its untidy."

Jackson Stephens, a name often linked with
America’s super-secret National Security Agency,
has been an influential presence for several decades
in the tiny town which served as port of entry
into U.S. flight and even military training
for the terrorist cadre implicated in the Sept 11 attack.

A block away from the Venice Florida airport
stands an opulent three-story red brick building
that is a monument to the rivers of money
flowing through the Stephens financial empire.

Looking eerily-reminiscent
of the plush digs of the law firm in the Tom Cruise movie
"The Firm," or a particularly-ostentatious
Southern Governors’ mansion, the building seems out of place
alongside the weed-strewn airport perimeter.

This was the national headquarters
of Jackson Stephen's Beverly Enterprises.
It is a stone’s throw from the Venice Airport.

At the end of the runway at Venice Airport
is the winter lodging of the Ringling Brothers Circus.

Back in Venice,
even the circus that made its winter home
there begins taking on sinister associations.

Headquartered in Vienna, Virginia,
it is owned by the Feld family of Washington D.C.

According to a recent two-part story in Salon magazine,
Kenneth Feld hired former top CIA honcho Clair George
to torment a hapless freelance writer for eight years.

Why would the head of Ringling Bros.-Barnum & Bailey
want to spend eight years tormenting a hapless freelance writer?

Let's assume, just for the sake of argument,
that he may have had his reasons.

Still, how did he know 'CIA honcho' Clair George,
who ran Latin America for the Agency
under then-Vice President Bush
during the period of Iran Contra during the '80’s?

I really think that Daniel Hopsicker has done a good job
of research and study and recommend that serious investigators
of the 911 plot ought to failiarize themselves with his stuff.
